USB Multi Display Adapter Functions

USB Multi Display Adapter works as advertised, does a great job. Except that on Tablet PC (Lenovo X60) running Windows Vista, it disables the tablet service. So if you want the second monitor, you have to give up using tablet functionality

I travel a lot and manage a production facility. In order to travel light I am using a hp mini 1000 laptop. In my office just like most of small laptop users I have a 19" monitor. Recently we installed surveillance cameras to our production and I needed a second display to be connected to my laptop. USB Multi Display Adapter is the point where you get stuck with small laptops: They have many USB ports, but no expansion slot for a secondary monitor. (Needless to say that my hp mini 1000 laptop screen was too small to follow images from 12 different cameras). The Startech VGA adapter solved my problem. The adaptor was very easy to install and use. It also saved me the cost and space of an additional PC.

Why should they continue to sell HP Pavilion DV2000 Battery

Today i search HP Pavilion DV2000 Battery on google, i open the the first position then i read the Guests Messages, find all the messages said the battery has some Quality problems.

One problem the Shape is not suitable:

Disappointing at best. Takes forever to charge up, loses power quickly when inactive, and not much more life than the standard battery that came with hp pavilion dv 2000 laptop. I should have looked up the word extended in the dictionary before purchasing.

The second problem not full charger:

Well, I got the battery, and it was nice at first. It was about 75% charged and so I

tried using my laptop with the battery without the adapter. It lasted a few hours, which was much better than the 12 cell battery(8800mAh) I got with my HP dv2000 laptop that didn't last even 2 hours. The problem is, when I tried to recharge the battery, it doesn't work! It charges up for a little bit (to 15%) and then stops for no reason. I'm using XP, and the battery icon in the task tray says "plugged in, not charging." I don't know if XP has anything to do with this, but my previous battery certainly did not have this kind of problem.I tried taking the battery out of my laptop to let it rest, and then put it back to charge it again, hoping my laptop will finally get used to it and charge it all up to 100%, but it stopped at 20%, 40%, 50%, 80%, 90%.

Why should they continue to sell HP Pavilion DV2000 Battery? As far as I am feeling the 12 cell 8800mAh HP Pavilion DV2000 battery should have the quality as below:
This is one of the best purchases I have EVER made. I pretty much wouldn't be able to function without my laptop between school and work so having this battery has been a miracle. It lasts me about 5.5 hours and also doubles as a lift on the back of my computer. This is helpful when the little fans are going so the heat escapes easier.
